Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting eyeglasses, lenses, and other optical products
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Explain product features, pricing, and available options to customers
- Support daily sales activities and help achieve assigned sales targets
- Maintain cleanliness and proper display of products in the store
- Process customer transactions and coordinate orders when needed
- Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Other Responsibilities
- Coordinate with team members regarding customer concerns and product availability
- Learn basic optical product knowledge and store procedures
- Support store operations and promotional activities
- Perform other related duties assigned by management
Qualifications
- At least a Senior High School graduate (college level preferred)
- Experience in retail or sales is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn basic optical knowledge
- Customer-focused and sales-driven
