Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information professionally
- Assist in resolving customer concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process payment transactions, including deposits and withdrawals
- Ensure accuracy and proper documentation of transactions and records
- Monitor and organize data related to customer transactions and reports
- Support daily operational and administrative requirements
- Follow company procedures and maintain the confidentiality of information
Other Responsibilities
- Coordinate with team members regarding customer concerns and transaction issues
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining organized records
- Support operational tasks and process improvements when needed
- Perform other related duties assigned by management
Qualifications
- College degree in any related field
- Experience in data analysis is an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Reliable and hardworking
