Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and orderliness of all areas within the commercial building
- Perform routine cleaning of hallways, offices, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces
- Use cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals properly and safely
- Ensure a hygienic, safe, and presentable environment for tenants, employees, and visitors
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and materials when necessary
- Properly dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness standards at all times
- Report maintenance or housekeeping concerns to the assigned supervisor
Other Responsibilities
- Coordinate with housekeeping personnel regarding cleaning schedules and assigned tasks
- Support sanitation and facility upkeep activities as required
- Assist during company or building-related activities when needed
- Perform other related duties assigned by management
Qualifications
- At least High School level or graduate
- Experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of cleaning tools and chemicals
- Willing to work on shifts, including weekends or holidays if required
