Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building facilities and equipment
- Assist in basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and repair work
- Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and proper condition of the assigned facility
- Respond to maintenance concerns and perform necessary repairs when needed
- Support general upkeep of structural and operational systems
- Monitor tools, equipment, and maintenance materials for proper use
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintenance standards
Other Responsibilities
- Coordinate with supervisors regarding repair and maintenance concerns
- Assist in preventive maintenance activities and facility improvements
- Support daily operational requirements related to building maintenance
- Perform other related duties assigned by management
Qualifications
- At least a high school graduate or vocational/technical training
- Experience in maintenance, construction, or a related field is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Reliable and hardworking
