Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage parking operations and assist in maintaining smooth traffic flow within the building premises
- Guide vehicles to proper parking spaces and ensure organized parking arrangements
- Monitor parking areas to support safety, security, and efficient use of parking facilities
- Assist visitors, tenants, and drivers with parking-related concerns and directions
- Ensure compliance with parking rules, traffic control procedures, and safety guidelines
- Report incidents, vehicle concerns, or operational issues to the assigned supervisor
- Support cleanliness and orderliness within parking areas and surrounding facilities
Other Responsibilities
- Coordinate with building personnel regarding parking operations and traffic concerns
- Assist during peak hours, events, or operational activities when required
- Support the implementation of safety and parking control procedures
- Perform other related duties assigned by management
Qualifications
- At least a high school graduate
- Experience in parking management, security, or customer service is an advantage
- Basic understanding of traffic control and safety procedures
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors or in parking areas
- Good communication skills
