Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators during production activities
- Prepare and organize materials needed for the manufacturing process
- Support smooth and continuous production flow within the assigned area
- Perform hands-on production and factory-related tasks
- Follow company safety guidelines and production procedures
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the work area
- Help ensure product quality through careful and accurate work
Other Responsibilities
- Coordinate with production team members regarding workflow and tasks
- Support daily operational requirements within the production area
- Participate in training and orientation programs as required
- Perform other related duties assigned by management
Qualifications
- At least a high school graduate (or equivalent)
- Willing to be trained in production procedures
- Knowledge of basic safety and manufacturing practices
- Experience in factory or production work is an advantage
