Recruitment Associate

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1 year) as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Willing to work in Pasay City
