Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (1 year) as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Willing to work in Pasay City
