Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist customers and provide excellent customer service during sales interactions
- Promote company products and services to support sales and revenue growth
- Explain product features, pricing, and available promotions to customers
- Support daily store or field sales operations and maintain organized work areas
- Build positive customer relationships and respond to inquiries professionally
- Assist in achieving assigned sales targets and operational goals
- Handle customer concerns and coordinate with the team when necessary
Other Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales personnel regarding customer concerns and product availability
- Support promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives
- Assist in maintaining proper product displays and operational cleanliness
- Perform other related duties assigned by management
Qualifications
- Senior High School graduate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays
