Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare food and beverages following company standards and procedures
- Assist customers with orders and provide friendly customer service
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas
- Ensure proper handling of food and cleanliness of utensils and equipment
- Support daily store operations in a fast-paced environment
- Help ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and courteous service
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Other Responsibilities
- Coordinate with team members regarding store operations and customer concerns
- Assist in restocking supplies and monitoring inventory when needed
- Support the opening and closing procedures of the store
- Perform other related duties assigned by management
Qualifications
- At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
- Experience in food service is an advantage, but not required
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
